Delivery was on time however they missed delivering 1/2 my food order. EZ cater quickly reached out and my account was credited. It was a small order so not sure how you miss that. Thank you EZ for your help.

We were actually a little diappointed. Everything was fresh & wonderful. The salads were mostly lettuce and did not feed 10 ppl as stated. I would use Cafe Nero again but for breakfast & pastries not lunch.

Ran out of ice coffee and the delivery was late, but delivery driver was great and communicative.

The breakfast was deicious as always and the delivery was on time. Just had one issue with missing item but the manager resolved immediately and delivered himself. Appreciated that greatly and will definitely order from Caffe Nero again!
