This delivery was over an hour late and our hot food was lukewarm and our sandwiches/wraps were soggy. To add insult to injury it was impossible for Ez-Cater staff to reach the driver at a certain point so we had no idea if our order was lost/in an accident/arriving at all. A very frustrating experience.
