First time having Nando's at our company. The mac and cheese went by really fast. The Portuguese rice had the right amount of spice, and the chicken pieces were huge. Will order again. The only problem is that the manager of the gaithersburg restaurant said we could get 30% off if we ordered. When it was time to order, he wouldn't return emails or calls.

Food was delivered on time and the food was enjoyed by the office but there were no eating utensils as requested.

Everything was great except the experience we had with the manager at the Gaithersburg restaurant. Kevin Pinelas, said we could get 30% off our order. We tried to order in the store but he never returned our calls. We ended up ordering through ezcater.

Showed up 30 minutes early with unlabeled food and silverware despite me making it clear that I didn't want any silverware. We ordered about 70 meals with 7 options. Only two of those options were labeled so instead of having everything sorted nicely and quickly so people could avoid certain options if they had allergies, we had a hot mess of unknown food. We will avoid using them again since this isn't the first time these issues have happened.
