Order was placed, order was accepted, received a text the morning of confirming deliver place and time…order was never made. Called the restaurant, was told the restaurant doesn’t open until 3pm, then I was told the food was on its way, then I was told that I called the wrong restaurant. Got EzCater involved, they struggled to get a straight answer from the restaurant. Food was never made, so obviously never delivered. This was an INCREDIBLY important lunch that was missed. An opportunity that cannot be replaced. I will NEVER use this restaurant again and am hesitant to use EzCater in general after the handling of this situation.

The restaurant can be inconsistent at best. You need to call the restaurant to insure they are on top of your order.

Excellent friendly service. Arrived hot, right on time. Delicious. Ample portions. Highly recommend.
