We ordered pizzas for a work party. One of the pizzas was completely destroyed by being shaken around in the box. All of the toppings came off and the thing looked like a salad when we got it. I had requested that plates and utensils be included, they were not. I asked the delivery driver where they were and she said "I didn't get any" and then drove off. We had to scramble to find 32 plates/eating devices due to them not bringing what we requested.
