The food was delicious, but unfortunately our order was 45 minutes late and I was put on hold for 30 minutes when calling to ask about the order

Food was amazing! Delivery on time! One reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the pizzas wasn't cut. We don't keep sharp knives on hand so it went uneaten. :(

I normally love mootz but this past time I ordered gluten free crusts on 2 pizzas and they were not delivered. My gluten free guests did not get to eat.
