When you spend $1500 on 75 bowls you shouldn’t be served with zero utensils. I am used to paying for catering utensils, but not for simply a fork to eat the food that I have ordered. What restaurant do you go to where they feed you a meal and making you pay additional for a fork and a napkin? It was not clear that we had to pay for silverware separately and to charge $.25 extra per person totaling over $50 for a plastic cutlery is insane.
