The food was good, but the delivery process was stressful. Restaurant didn’t reconfirm, nor was there tracking information, so I called EZcater. They told me they use their own drivers so everything was fine from what EZcater could see. They called Moon House numerous times, as did I but no one answered. The driver finally called to say he couldn’t find the building. The food finally made it there, but it was very stressful not being able to track the delivery nor being able to reach the restaurant to get updates. EZcater should have given advance notification as to why there was no reconfirmation nor tracking available.
