The food was late, but really delicious and the group was ultimately very happy

Everything seemed really fresh, though the quantities of protein were smaller than expected. Besides that, everything was really tasty and our team enjoyed it (especially the spicy tuna!). One other comment - we recommend that the sauces be served in larger bottles (maybe squeeze bottles?) for catering rather than individual cups, because many people wanted to use multiple sauces.

We did a mixture of sashimi, nigiri and rolls. Many people commented on the good quality. Always goes above and beyond with the amount of ginger :)
