The order arrived 1 hour early. Which means the food would be sitting there for 1 hour to get cold. More then half the order was not there. We had to feed 85 people, we had enough for maybe 25. I called EZ Cater (who we ordered the food from) and they were amazing. Once they got a hold of the restaurant which they attempted 5 different times, they simply told them, "We couldn't complete the order". THEY SHOULDN"T HAVE even accepted our order if they couldn't complete it! EZ Cater took care of everything and we ordered the food at another Mexican Restaurant and they even delivered on time with such short notice within an hour. Modern Tortilla should not be on the list for catering, not for large parties anyways.
