Paid for utensils napkins and plates and only received plates. No napkins or utensils. Pretty sure these muffins were just bought from costco. Delivery driver was unprepared with no cart to move items from vehicle to office and had to leave some items on the floor in the lobby.

Based on my experience with a few vendors who provide coffee and breakfast, this place is not the best. No creamer, no sugar are provided.
