Wow! We had a very large order where we ordered individual lunch boxes. They were clearly marked (except for the cookies, which were lumped in bags, but the type was stamped on the wrapper for simplicity). Out of 31 individual orders, no two of which were the same, only 1 order was slightly incorrect. However, the recipient said it was still absolutely delicious! We have a group that is ... well, it's hard to please everyone. No complaints. None! Everyone loved it! The food was flavorful and hot and the delivery person came in and set up for us. There was a lot going on as we set up and he moved around us with ease and got everything set up super quickly! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
