I normally love vanilla bean cake especially from Mia's Bakery, so I was really looking forward to the one I ordered for a baby shower of 100 people. Unfortunately, this cake didn’t meet expectations. The quality was surprisingly low for such a large order. The biggest issue was the ratio of cake to icing — it was overwhelmingly heavy on the icing, which overpowered the flavor and made the texture too rich and unbalanced. A better balance would have gone a long way in improving the overall experience. Disappointed, especially given how much I usually enjoy this flavor.

The cheesecakes were absolutely incredible! Everyone raved about the variety, with the red Velvet and Oreo flavors being clear favorites. We will definitely be ordering again soon!
