Metro Diner saved Christmas! Ezcater totally mixed up my order, it was at the wrong location and I got a new notification this morning that had the wrong location and said it was for 12 (!) people, not the 4 that I had ordered. I contacted customer service who told me the original location was closed today. It was not. The agent then said he contacted them and was told they could transfer it to the new location. ???? I asked him to confirm that the order was for 4 people, not 12, and that I had confirmation that I was charged for 4. He came back and informed me that I could not transfer the order but it was for 4. My son went to the new location and they had no record of my order and the original store didn't have it. either. There was more but this is already too long, but huge kudos to Metro Diner on San Jose for filling the order and said they would settle up with Ezcater for the charge later. Stellar customer service, Metro Diner!!!!
