We placed a group order and none of the boxes were labeled. They also sent incorrect items. When we tried to get this corrected, ezcater had a difficult time contacting the restaurant. Then apparently the manager wasn't there. When they finally got around to calling us back over an hour after lunch, they said they could resend the order but it would take atleast 2 hours. thanks for nothing. terrrrrrible service.

We ordered chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers and Impossible burgers. Very well received. There are many burger places on ezcater platform, but not many of them have a good salad option. Melt Shop's salad is fresh, filling and tastes very good. We will order again.

This is our second time ordering from Melt Shop through EZ Cater, and once again they exceeded our expectations! The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Everything arrived fresh, hot, and packaged well. Our entire team loved the meal, and there were nothing but compliments. The quality and consistency are outstanding. We’ll definitely continue ordering from Melt Shop for future office lunches. Highly recommend!
