First time ordering MCL through ezCatering. Always ordered through MCL's website, and MCL brought the food, not a door dasher. Our company has not ordered since last year, maybe over a year. It was okay. We have been impressed by MCL. Not with this order.

Food was good, portions good. 2 sides were missing, had to call an 800# (catering) and they reached out to the restaurant. Missed food was delivered. 2 Issues, the driver should always confirm all of the order is there in my opinion THEY CHARGE A 10% DELIVERY FEE! I PAID $99 FOR DELIVERY AND DRIVER DROPPED OFF THE FOOD AND LEFT, NO SET UP although it was requested. I only noticed the delivery fee after I submitted, my fault. Will never pay that again, criminal
