This was a poor experience at Martini’s. The order was not ready and the claimed they never received my order. They were mistaken and then I had to come back again 3 hours later. When I picked it up they handed me a hot lasagna pan on a piece of cardboard and said they had no bags or anything. No one seemed to be apologetic about this poor experience except the customer service rep with ezcatering. Martini’s needs better customer service. I have order this multiple times with no issues. Clearly the staff needs to be trained on catering orders.
