Avocado toast was really good. However, instructions to label food items for dietary purposes were not followed. The delivery arrived early and was left unattended without setup as requested in the order. No tableware (plates, utensils, napkins, etc.) was provided despite being requested; if vendors do not offer these items, it should be clearly noted before ordering to avoid issues in busy office settings. If a driver arrives early, they should wait until the scheduled delivery time rather than leaving the order unattended. Given these issues, more flexibility around tip adjustments in the ezCater portal would be helpful.
