lunch was scheduled to be delivered 30 min from mama leah at 11;30 and when i reached out through the chat to see the eta, they hadn't left the store. terrible experience for my client

Food was fine but my order was messed up and late. Staff did try and make up for it but I was already late.

I received a call at the time of delivery (11:45 AM) that the restaurant had issues with their ovens earlier in the morning and that they weren’t ready to send my order out, but could get it there in 45 min, which I agreed to. The order came at 1:45, fortunately my customers were very understanding, but I should have been notified far earlier and given better information so I could have pivoted in another direction.
