Maize and Wheat offers one of a kind Columbian cuisine. The empanadas and Ayacos are incredible and very filling. The rice with chicken is a favorite amongst our staff. The spinach salad is beautiful and delicious and a great option for vegetarians. The staff at Maize and Wheat are truly Reliability Rockstars. They always arrive on time and set everything up like professional caterers. They even include little signs with every dish that explains what it is. This last time they accidentally forgot to bring the spinach salad. They had it delivered immediately by another staff member, so we didn't have to wait at all. We look forward to ordering from Maize and Wheat again soon. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Everything arrived on time. All the empanadas were still nice and warm and everyone was raving about the taste. The table cards labeling each of the food items were especially helpful for our larger group. Would definitely order again.

This is the third time we have ordered from Maize and Wheat and definitely not the last! Great food, excellent portion sizes, and unbeatable flavors. The staff was professional and set up the buffet beautifully in our office. They even had little place cards with the ingredients listed for each dish--such a great touch! Highly recommend!

First time ordering from this Maize & Wheat - everyone loved it! Good-sized portions, and the empanadas we light and well filled. Will definitely order from them again.

The food was amazing, will definitely order again! The order arrived well-packed and on time. My only suggestion for improvement is to make the food labels bigger so people can the descriptions.

Maize & Wheat is always delicious, and the folks that work there are so friendly and helpful. The chicken ayaco is addictive, as is the veggie corn criolla. Lots of gluten free and veggie options are available.
