We’ve used EZ Cater for years without issues until now. I ordered lunch for a New Jersey office I support remotely from Massachusetts and relied on EZ Cater’s recommendations for nearby restaurants. I later learned the restaurant was 28 miles away. Lunch was scheduled for a training break from 12:00-12:45 PM, so I requested delivery at 11:30 AM. By 12:10 PM, the order still hadn’t arrived. EZ Cater tried contacting the caterer but received no response. The order wasn’t delivered until after 12:30 PM, with no communication or apology from the caterer. The food, which was supposed to be served cold, arrived warm. While I received a partial credit, I believe a full refund was warranted given the circumstances, especially since my company has spent over $30,000 through EZ Cater. This experience was very disappointing.
