We recently had Mad for Chicken cater our event, and it was a huge hit! The food arrived right on time, still hot and fresh. Their signature crispy Korean fried chicken was the clear favorite — perfectly seasoned, crunchy on the outside, and juicy inside. The sauces were incredible, especially the soy garlic, which people couldn’t stop raving about. They didn’t just nail the chicken — the sides were equally delicious. The kimchi fried rice and waffle fries disappeared quickly, and the portions were generous, making it easy to keep everyone full and happy. On top of the great food, the service was smooth and professional. Communication during ordering was clear, and they were accommodating with timing and special requests. If you’re looking for catering that delivers both flavor and reliability, Mad for Chicken is a definite winner. We’ll absolutely be ordering again!
