The food was very delicious! However, they failed to reconfirm the order and did not answer when I or EZCater tried to call to make sure they were on their way. I do understand that they were witness to an accident, so they had to stay and report to the police, but we had no way of knowing that without communication. I ended up running to the grocery store to purchase things to replace the food that was not there half an hour in. They managed to contact EZCater while I was out, to explain the situation. They did arrive about 50 minutes late right before I returned with groceries. I do understand that grace was needed here; I just wish they had communicated this before 4:30 (scheduled time of delivery). That said, the food WAS VERY GOOD!

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. They called when they were arriving. Everything was delivered hot and it was clear that it was all freshly made. We had about 50 people in our group and everyone LOVED the food. The mac & cheese muffins, the chicken and waffles, and the empanadas were the favorites. They were gone so fast. Overall, great food, great customer service, great presentation. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

M & R Catering, thank you for making me look like a superstar! We were welcoming new physicians to our hospital and the food was simply outstanding!! Everybody was asking where the food came from so I'm glad you left your cards. Absolutely wonderful, bountiful, and well displayed. Can't say enough wonderful things! Will be sure to order for future events. Thank you!
