Delivery did not make it to the specified floor, but was on time and delicious with a delivery left at the lobby security desk.

Food came on time but did not deliver drinks. I kept getting a call from the delivery person to get my food but did not specify what.

when we opened the box the pie was all over the boxes the driver did not do a great job

I'm not sure if it was the restaurant or the delivery driver. but a couple of the pizzas came messed up. They were flipped while in the box. Another thing I'm not sure if it was the restaurants preparing or the delivery person's timing, but the food came late. In addition to it coming late, the delivery person had a to make 2 trips which caused us to completely miss the lunch window for the meeting. Side note - Ez Cater did step in with some relief on this issue.

Pizza arrived cold. Not enough cheese. Very different than the last time I ordered.
