I placed an order for this caterer 2 days in advance. Lunetta confirmed. The day of, Lunetta reconfimed. My order was scheduled for delivery at 5:15pm for a rehabilitation residence with 30 clients living there. They eat at 6pm each evening. At 4:30 the day of Lunetta calls me to say they didnt know about the order (they had already confirmed twice) and the food would arrive by 6:15. 7pm, no food yet. Apparently it was not ready when the delivery person arrived so the delivery peraon left. When it was ready an hour after the delivery driver left, no one was available to pick it up. Ezcater attempted to pay them extra, give extra tip, asked if ezcater could pay for a third part delivery - the restaurant refused every option even blatantly expressing their unwillingness to find any alternative for an order that is over 2 hours late. I will never patronize Lunetta and will let everyone I can know about the horrible service I received.

5 stars always always, they do tend to arrive a little early but early is better than late in my opinion!
