Very tasty, moist and tender brisket. Good slaw. The beans were slightly under cooked.

Quantities were obviously short, so we weighed the trays. None of the 5 lb trays weighed over 3.5 pounds. Also were missing sides, should have been 14, we got 8. 3 gals tea instead of 4. You get the picture. OTOH, what we got was good.
