They left the rolls out of the order and didn’t include any serving utensils. When I contacted EzCater, the agent attempted to reach someone but was unable to get a response at the restaurant.

Order was accurate and timely, but the restaurant was un-organized. Manager called to tell me they were out of “ambrosia” which wasn’t even part of anything in my order and then called upon arrival having difficulty locating the delivery location (a clearly marked medical practice).

As always, Luby's food was fresh and hot. The mac and cheese is great as was the cod fish!

Ordering through EZCater with Luby’s was a great choice for our group meal. The process was simple, and communication was clear every step of the way. The food arrived right on time and was exactly what we needed—comforting, delicious, and served in generous portions. Everyone appreciated the variety, and it felt like a true homestyle meal. I would definitely use EZCater and Luby’s again!
