This was my first time ordering from Luby’s for catering services, and based on my previous experiences dining there, I expected everything to go smoothly. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding my order, as it was mistakenly prepared as packaged items rather than individual plated meals. After speaking with the restaurant GM, he took ownership of the situation and personally came to our facility to correct the issue, which we truly appreciated. I would like to thank everyone who assisted in resolving this matter, and I look forward to working with your team again in the future.

Usually Luby's is pretty good. Last order consisted of combo meals. When I got the food, the turkey and dressing was like a child's meal. There was approx. 4 tablespoons of dressing and 1 slice of turkey, usually there is twice as much for $13.99.
