We chose Lou’s Catering based on the photos and reviews, but the service did not meet our expectations. The wrong pasta was used in one dish, and the pasta dishes were very dry due to the lack of sauce. Several items were mislabeled, and some containers arrived greasy from the sausage and peppers. The food presentation did not match the photos advertised online, and despite requesting setup assistance, the delivery person simply dropped off the food and left without helping or communicating about the order. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service or quality we expected for catering.

The food was really good. I wish they would cut the bread since they come in big loaves, but that is nitpicking. The food is excellent!

One of my favorite spots in Denver so it was very disappointing when I ordered for my office and it was late and missing items.

The food was delicious. There was slight miscommunication on their end, but the food arrived hot and fresh.

WOW - WOW - WOW! If you want to impress your office, go with Lou's. Order extra vodka pasta because you'll need it. I would skip the italian desserts and double up on the cookies!
