Some items were left behind when the order was delivered. Ezcater contacted me an hour and a half after my meeting to inform me of this (I was not present for the meeting and the person in my place was not aware anything was missing) I told them the meeting was over and I did not have time to recieve the forgotten food and just credit me for them. Then an hour later a driver showed up on my place of business with the forgotten items. It was just cheese, sour cream, and gauc. My coworker had to stop a meeting and go down because the driver would not stop calling along with EZ caterer. Overall it was a distraction in our day, I am not sure why the EZCater worker I spoke with did not communicate this to the restaurant/driver.

Very smooth delivery process. The food was well-prepared, flavorful, and filling. Everything was intact and nicely packed, which made a big difference. Overall, a great experience.
