The Los Jefes catering for the Indigenous Peoples’ Day supper was a resounding success, easily stretching to accommodate a crowd of over 50 to 60+ guests while earning high praise for its delicious overall flavor and standout salsa verde. Delivery and setup were handled smoothly by the catering staff, though the event eventually ran through the supplied sporks while retaining extra cardboard food-boats and napkins. While guests noted that the tortillas were somewhat flimsy and prone to tearing, the generous portion sizes ensured plenty of food for everyone.
