The food was a big hit and all gave positive feedback on the flavor. Only thing that should improve is there being more protein in the fajita trays. We ordered 3 trays of chicken fajitas and by the end of lunch, 2 trays were completely cleared out of chicken with a lot of veggies still remaining. The third tray was barely enough to ensure everyone was able to have some chicken on their plates. This was for around 60-70 people. Other than that, everything was amazing and would still order again.

Quesadillas were a hit for the event we catered -- for kids and adults alike! Arrived on time, warm, and well packaged. Will definitely be bookmarking and recommending for future events!
