I've given this place two chance now and they've been late every single time causing the event to be uncatered for more than half of it. Very unreliable and I wish EZ Cater would just get rid of them as an option! The food is just... meh. Would not recommend.

This was a TERRIBLE experience! The food was re-confirmed by the caterer, only to find out after it was already late by 30 minutes that they did not have a driver. When our own person went to get the order, they were encountered with a closed store front. We reached the restaurant and they stated that someone was now on their way. Our order arrived 90 minutes late and our event was already over. To add insult to injury, the food was AWFUL! EZ Cater made it right, however, and refunded the full amount. We will NEVER order from here again.

We were missing the large tray of food for 25 people because it wasn’t picked up by the delivery driver. He was 30 minutes late and dropped the 4 half pans of food which contained 7 small chicken tenders each for me to feed 35 people. I chatted with EZ cater who contacted Lolas and eventually received a call from the restaurant apologizing for the mishap. Staff said the food tasted good but few people ate because of the minimal amount available. It was my first visit to their office and Lolas did not help me make a favorable impression.

First time ordering food was delivered on time, hot and fresh. No plates, napkins, utensils or serving ware. Food was delicious. Would order from again but would send a reminder about plates, napkins, utensils and serving ware.

Food was delicious and hot, but the Pork tray for 6 came as 3 large chops. Just be mindful if you're ordering for a group of 6 people.
