Their idea of a fully tray is what I call a 1/2 tray. Barley enough food to feed the amount I had. (15) I can only imagine what the 1/2 looks like. Don't think they make smaller tins for catering. ALSO...I ordered a full tray of turkey and stuffing; it was the same size and the 1/2 trays of potato skins...case in point. They also dropped 2 other salad dishes we did not order. So, 3 trays of salad...I ordered 1. Ordered a 1 full tray of turkey, I got 1/2. The food was pretty good, just not enough.
