We loved this place. I don't write reviews often, but this one earned it. The owner used to work in finance before he and his wife walked away to open this spot, and you can taste that kind of obsessive attention to detail in everything they make. They pickle everything in-house, and it shows: bright, tangy, clearly made with care instead of pulled from a jar. Everything was fresh, clean, and genuinely delicious. Our order was a big spread for the team, and it arrived right on time and was set up perfectly. This is the kind of local spot you root for: real people who took a real risk, and the food backs it up completely. If you're near it, go. Bring people. If you're having an offsite, the Rice or Noodle Trays are perfect. Healthy, delicious, and satisfying.
