We ordered 12 pies and had one of them burnt on the bottom. Luckily, I'd ordered plenty, so we were still able to eat well on the other 11 pies. The owner contacted me to offer a remedy for next time. I appreciate that they contacted me at all, let alone, offered to make it right on the next order. Good Job Libretto's
