Lenny's Grill and Subs boxed lunches were great. I love the deluxe club sub! Delivery was great as well!

The delivery driver was professional and on time. My issue is with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, this order fell very short of expectations. The sandwiches appeared to have been prepared the day before delivery. The bread was soggy; lettuce was wilted and discolored, and the tomato slices appeared to be a bit off in color and texture. I've only seen this when vinegar, oil, and tomatoes sit on a sandwich overnight. Overall, the sandwiches were not appetizing. Also, the cookies were hard, crumbling, and stale. Personally, I forced myself through half my sandwich and a couple of bites of my cookie then threw the rest away. We order meals for the office a couple of times per month. I'm afraid, Lenny's is going to have to leave our rotation after this experience.

Delivery was on time, but was not set up as requested. The order was handed off to a manager downstairs. Mayonnaise was in little to go cups instead of the packets as with our first order. They were not cold, and for safety, my manager had me toss them. Sandwiches were good.
