Ordered boxed lunches advertised at $13 each, which were supposed to include a sandwich, chips, and a cookie. What we received were just plain, cellophane-wrapped sandwiches and two random bottles of ketchup—no mustard, no mayo, no sides, and certainly no cookies. On top of that, two special vegetarian meals we specifically requested were missing. Disappointing experience.
