We recently had lunch catered by Layne’s Chicken Fingers for a group of 15 guests. Overall, the food was enjoyable and tasted great, which is what we’ve come to expect and love from Layne’s. The chicken was flavorful, and the temperature was decent upon arrival. That said, there were a few issues with the catering service. I had ordered 60 chicken strips, which should have allowed for 4 tenders per guest. Unfortunately, about 4 of my guests only received 2 tenders each, which was disappointing. I had also requested setup, but the driver simply placed the food on the table and left without assisting further. Additionally, the sauces were miscounted, leaving two of my guests without any. Despite these hiccups, I still love Layne’s and appreciate the help I received today in placing the order. I hope future catering experiences can be a bit more accurate and attentive to ensure everyone enjoys the great food Layne’s is known for.
