Meal was not delivered on-time and was not labeled with each person's name as requested! Food was still really warm! It was a miscommunications with the Layne's management staff but unfortunately food arrived late and group was not able to partake! We had to make other arrangements for dinner! The delivery driver was amazing and explained that when she arrived they were not aware of the order! So no fault to EzCater!

Let me start by saying I love Layne’s. Today was disappointing though and I think it’s just how they packaged our catering. The chicken, fries, and bread were cold and soggy from it sweating in the paper trays. I would go to bat for Layne’s every time when the debate arises between it and its close competitor, but today left the office very disappointed. Hopefully they read this and make adjustments for next time.

The food was really good. Everyone loved it! We will definitely order from here again. The individual boxed lunches were perfect for our office.
