La scalas did not have the food ready on time for the driver and it was 45 minutes late. The driver also just dropped it off. No set up - no directions followed

The driver did not follow the directions I put into the order. It somehow was 822 W Montgomery avenue. The meal was 40 minutes late. It was not set up and it was impossible to communicate with the driver.
