Food was good, service was lacking. There was no communication from the restaurant after they accepted the order, so I had to call them at the time the food was supposed to be delivered to confirm they made the food and that it was on the way. The food was 20 minutes late and it was clear that the driver hadn't bothered to read the delivery instructions. I had to help him unload his car and reiterate the already written instructions multiple times verbally. He also ended up borrowing a dolly from our office because he wasn't prepared to deliver the volume of food that he had arrived with, even though the delivery charge was $40, not including the generous tip we included beforehand. I asked what happened that the food was late, and he said "it's lunch time, I don't know what you expect" as if they didn't agree to deliver at the time we paid for when they accepted our order. Do not expect your food to come on time. I should've tipped myself for the amount of work I had to do for him.

The staff here loves their carne asada bowls. They are really good!

Recently started ordering from them and the food is delicious. Very good burrito bowls and pork tacos.

Food was subpar to be kind. The flan was old and so was the meat. Everything went into the garbage can and we ordered pizza. The delivery guy was incompetent and rude.

I got a call saying the salad was unavailable. I told them anything glutten free and dairy free was fine, but please be sure bc of a severe allergy. They sent me an enchilada that we ate, that had both glutten and dairy….. really horrible experience.
