I ordered a variety of cupcakes to accommodate my group's dietary restrictions (vegan and GF), but when I received my order all of the cupcakes were mixed together and not labeled so we had to just hope and pray that the vegans and GF people guessed the correct flavors.

Lark is consistently fresh with their cupcakes so we placed a large order for multiple cakes. Not all cakes were fresh and a few of the boxes were not secured so the cakes slid around, ruining the decor and sticking to the sides of the boxes.

The cupcakes were unfortunately quite dry, and the packaging was sloppy. Based on the website and presentation, my expectations were much higher, so the overall experience was disappointing for both me and my team. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share this feedback. That said, I’m still willing to try ordering a cake in the future, as I’ve heard that’s where this bakery really shines.
