I placed my order weeks in advance & the caterer confirmed/reconfirmed it. The day of the event, no updates that my breakfast is out for delivery. I call EzCater & they reach out to La Qchara, but they can't get ahold of anyone. At 8:04 (delivery was supposed to arrive at 8am) I get a call from the owner & he says they won't be delivering. I asked why, he says they hadn't made the order. I asked why I was just finding out now & why they had reconfirmed the order. He had no answer but he said they could do the order for 9:30. I declined, he said he could offer me a free breakfast as an apology. I placed 2 more orders for the following month. I reached back out to the owner to see what sort of discount he could offer me (I wasn't expecting him to cover the full cost of my future orders) but even after calling SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF A WEEK & leaving my contact information, he never got back to me. Completely unprofessional & don't expect them to make up for THEIR mistakes.
