The food was excellent, and everyone at our event loved it! We placed a large catering order, and everything was delicious. No complaints whatsoever about the quality of the food. My only disappointment was the pickup experience. I chose pickup instead of delivery to save on costs, and when I arrived, there were about 10 large boxes of food to load into my vehicle. Despite several employees being present, nobody offered to help or even asked if I needed assistance. I understand that pickup means I'm responsible for transporting the food, but with an order this large, a little customer service would've gone a long way. Overall, great food, but the pickup experience could definitely be improved.

The food was as expected. Delivery was great. Beef for 30ppl was left off the order; they delivered asap with complimentary churros.

The food was good, everyone enjoyed it; the delivery person was helpful. After 4 - 5 tries of ordering the Trio dips I'm giving up. I always order two sets of the dips, they only bring one set. This time to simplify it, I ordered one Trio and they brought me one of the three selected dips. Thankful for EZ Cater handling this for me each time; the only negative, EZ never refunds my 9% restaurant tax of the items that I didn't receive. Other than that, it has been EZ!

Food was excellent! Set up nicely, on time, and was a hit with staff! Did taco bar and ordered chips with dip:-)

Taco bar was fabulous!! Added chips and dip to make it complete! Always a hit!
