The order arrived an hour late and I had guests waiting for food for 30 minutes before it finally arrived. I will say that the food itself was delicious and packaging was very nice. However in addition to being significantly late, the food and drinks were not labeled — we couldn’t tell the difference between the burritos and the coffees until trying them. Additionally the coffee totes were overfilled and spilled out immediately upon opening causing a mess. Plates and forks were missing — only napkins, cups, spoons and stirrers were provided. The delivery driver/catering staff was apologetic but blamed the restaurant for what happened and took no responsibility. He said the restaurant didn’t have the order ready at all when he arrived. This seems strange since EZ Cater sent me an email yesterday stating that the restaurant reconfirmed the order.

All of the items were great! Our staff were very happy with the food.
