The food was excellent! Everyone loved it. But we did not get any soft tortillas with our fajita trays. And since it wasn't in boxes that we could keep it was very difficult to transport from the front gate to the Admin building. (There were so many small containers and cups of salsa etc. and I had to move them all individually, usually catering companies have food packed in cardboard boxes that are easy to transport.)
