Miscommunication between ezCater and vendor La Befana on what delivery address was. Issue was resolved and I was given a discount for the inconvenience.

First driver for whatever reason canceled the pickup so a second driver was sent and the pizza was delivered 1 hour later. Fortunately ezCater did right by us and provided us a refund and discount on the order.
