Photos for the boxed lunches did not match what was received or expected. As another reviewer recently pointed out, there were no authentic Korean side dishes served alongside the protein (like including picked vegetables or even traditional kimchi as one of the seasonal vegetables). One of my colleagues described what we received as "Americanized" and "airplane food trays" because of how mushy and bland the carrots, broccoli, corn, and mixed salad greens were. Only one sauce was included (where the listing said two different ones) - The only included sauce was spicy siracha-mayo and it also did not taste very authentic. The tray format also does not work for bibimbap (if intended), as the sections don't allow for you to mix everything up. Very disappointed and would not order again, as the food did not meet expectations of the food truck images and reviews found on Yelp and Google.

Huge favorite for the office. The tofu is really good, and the BYO Bibimbap makes catering lunch easy.

I had high hopes for this catering order since several of my staff had enjoyed the food from the food truck before, but unfortunately the experience didn’t meet our expectations. The food arrived cold, and the vegetable side consisted of soggy broccoli and carrots. We were also surprised that the meals didn’t include any traditional Korean sides like kimchi or pickled radish, which would have made the meal feel more complete. Overall, many of our staff felt the food was overly salty. The delivery process was also disappointing. We ordered over 50 meals, but each item was delivered individually instead of being grouped into boxes or trays for easier transport and distribution. It made setup much more difficult than it needed to be. Hopefully they can improve their catering service, as the food truck seems to have a good reputation, but this large-order experience fell short.
