The food was good, but delivered 35 minutes late because KOK did not begin preparing the food until the EZ Cater delivery driver arrived to pick it up. The customers who eat on the first shift had no time to eat. Additionally, there were no utensils, napkins, or plates included as is stated in the order. This is unacceptable. EZ Cater did keep me informed of the delay and approximate arrival time.
