Knuckies was new to us, so we gave it a try. Glad we did! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, especially the Italian one! The lettuce is shredded up very thin, exactly how I like it. The vinegar, oil and chili pepper relish was on the side, which is helpful when you are feeding a group - not everyone like those. The lunch boxes were labeled - perfect for a grab and go. Excellent job, will order from them again!
