I usually love Kitchenina but today was a little "meh" - the bacon wrapped dates were small and had their pits still, the tri-tip looked great, more a med in color but was very chewy. The Samosas were good, as were as the lemon bars. The staff that helped with the set up wasn't very knowledgeable between appetizers and entrees, had to re-do the way it was lined up, they also didn't follow the instruction to call when they parked.

The food was delicious—especially the Sesame Ginger Salmon, Korean BBQ Chicken, and Stir Fry Veggies. They even provided ingredient and food labels to display, which was a thoughtful touch! But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Although we placed a catering order for a large group, the caterer noticed we might not have ordered enough food and proactively reached out with concern. (In our case, we had also ordered from a few other restaurants, so we had plenty.) Still, their attentiveness was impressive and sincerely appreciated. Their commitment to making sure our group was well taken care of truly sets them apart. We’ll definitely consider ordering from them again!

Delicious appetizers made my team very happy. The foldable cards with dietary information and ingredients made me extremely happy.
